Saints/ Being a Friend

Verse of the Day: “A faithful friend is a sturdy shelter; he who finds one finds a treasure” -Sirach 6:14

Saints! Our heavenly BFF’s! What a blessing knowing all of Jesus’ most holy servants are all praying for us everyday. Saints are the ones who realized more clearly than anyone else that they needed God to save them from their sins and sinfulness, and in heaven there are many saints who had the same faults as us; they prayed, and, little by little they were cured. We can pray to the saints asking for specific needs or simply telling of our daily activities They give us their guidance, friendship and love for heaven! Do you have a special relationship with a certain saint? Talk with that saint like you would a best friend.
